No Refunds Period On All Services only Repairs and Redo's within a 48 hour period at your Manicurist Discretion!!!
When booking your appointment online we now require you leave a credit card number no charges will be made to your card at that time. IF You DO NOT CANCEL WITHIN 24 hours of your appt. Again if you do not cancel within 24 hours or if you no show. We will be charge your card 40% of that service. IF YOU ARE
A CLIENT WHO HAS A GIFT CARD OR COUPON OF ANY KIND. AND DO NOT CALL AND
CANCEL WITHIN THE REQUIRED TIME OR NO SHOWS on your APPT.. YOU WILL
HAVE TO PAY 40% OF THAT SERVICE ORIGINAL PRICE BEFORE YOU CAN BOOK YOUR NEXT APPT. TO
USE YOUR GIFT CARD OR COUPON.
This is to help other clients that are trying and need a nail appt. at the same time.
As a client at Nail Mogul you are also responsible for your nail care in your day to day life. We know that things happen, so we are willing to help. However at the same time you have to be aware of your daily activities at home and at work.
We are willing to take responsibility for any damage done to your nails within a timely manor. When calling in to Nail Mogul stating that you need a repair or a redo within 48 hours we will work as hard as we can to get you in. You will need to get in within a day or two of the time you called anytime longer will NOT be acceptable.
For Minx Nails service the method of payment is CASH ONLY. If you are planning your appointment weeks away then there will be a deposit request of $25 required to make all appointments. You may call for an opening and also make your deposit at that time over the phone or you can come back to this site and make your deposit for your Minx services. After you make your deposit call back to schedule your appointment with your confirmation number.
There are No Refunds only reschedules and that has to be done within 48 hr notice! (Time will be taken when making an appointment)
If you cancel or reschedule your appointment at the last minute you will have to make another deposit to reserve another appointment.
More Important Details about your appointment...
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment to select the style of Minx you want. A full 48hr notice is needed in order to reschedule your appointment. The time and date you make your appointment will be noted.
